When NANKAI Travel International deems that a specific user might do harm to NANKAI Travel International or the third party, we may take action to discontinue service to the said user.

NANKAI Travel International may claim the commission fee of change and cancellation of booking after the conclusion of contract.

NANKAI Travel International bears absolutely no responsibility for any troubles users may have in accessing the site.

NANKAI Travel International bears absolutely no responsibility for any troubles users may have in using the site and result.
If the company has incurred any damage caused by a client intentionally or by negligence, by such acts of the client that are against laws and regulations or that offend public order and morals, or by the client’s breach of the company’s Terms and Conditions, the Client shall compensate the Company for such damage.

You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.

NANKAI Travel International accepts Master Card, and Visa only.

NANKAI Travel International will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
- We find that your actions on the third party (i. e., accommodation or transportation) violate.
- The third party will use personally identifiable information for providing the client with every convenience.

These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect as of October 01, 2010, and shall take precedence over previously stated terms and conditions.
